Miss Jean Hudgins Sponsors Spider Varsity for Game M ss Jean Hudgins, of Farm ville. is one good reason the Uni versity of Richmond varsity foot ball team wanted to beat the Uni versity alumni team in the spring practice game Saturday after noon. Miss Hudgins was elected by the players to sponsor the varsity squad in the second annual clash. Beauty and brains have made Miss Hudgins a favorite at the University. A biology major, she has been consistently on the dean's list and is a member of Beta Beta Beta, honorary biology fraternity. When not studying amoeba and parameeium. she has found time to participate in a variety of campus activities. She is a member of the Wesley Found ation, Methodist youth group.
