The most recent purchasers of property tn Jenkins Hollow near Sperryville are planning a new development in connection with the 2S aeres on the Hazel river which they will take over in a few days.

The plans call for a new central 'building for their own occupancy and a series of cabins to be used week ends, appealing especially to residents" of Norfolk and Washington.

The families of Thomas J. Pillar, banker of Norfolk, and Vaclav Rasin, former Czecho-Slovakian embassy attache in Washington, D. C., who purchased the property jointly, are planning to spend the summer in their new homes for which plans are now being drawn. They also hope to have some of the new cabins
