The object of the above styled suit is to have' the court partition in some manner prescribed by law, so as to permanently divide and partition and be binding upon the remaindermen, a tract of land known as the “Smoot Farm” devised by W. G. Wood, deceased, as follows: To Irene Wood Buckley and Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup, for the term of their natural lives and then to thefr children and then to their children but if either or 'both should die without children then the share of Irene Wood Buckley should go equally to her brother, George W. Wood, two sisters, Rebecca Wood Jones and Kitty Wood Huff, or their heirs and the share of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup should go to her mother, Nellie Coates Wood for her life7 and then to the half-brother of Anne Grimsley Wood Hilldrup, Henry B. Wood and his wife, Julia Quaintance Wood, or their heirs. --
And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the defendants, Gwynne Elizabeth Wood, an infant; William Page Wood, an infant; Thomas Walter Jones, an infant, Thomas Edward Huff, and Russell Lee Huff, an infant, are not residents of the State of Virginia and that the unborn children of Irene Wood Buckley, the unknown heirs of George W. Wood, the unknown heirs of Rebecca Wood Jones, the unknown heirs of Kitty Wood Huff, the unborn children of Anne' Grimsley Wood Hilldrup a*nd the unknown heirs of Henry B. Wood and Julia Quaintance Wood, are unknown and undetermined parties and their whereabouts and post office addresses are unknown and it further appearing that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of in
