Charles Scroggins was the lucky winner of the free bicycle figiven away Christmas Eve at 9 o’clock by the Washington Cash Store.
The lucky ticket drawn was number 2074.
The tickets were placed in a large can and well shaken up. Ernest Eubanke, the small son, of Mr. and Mrs. John Eubanke, drew the lucky ticket on which the Scroggins name was written. ^
For a month prior to the hour of the ticket drawing everyone who purchased merchandise at the/ Washington Cash Store was given one ticket for each dollar’s worth of purchase.
