All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, about 4 miles east of the Town of Washmgton, Virginia, known as the Browning Place, containing 742 acres, more or less, of which IV. G. Wood died seized and possessed and which has been surveyed into three tracts as follows: .. iP Tr»ct No. 11 containing 152 acres, more or less, adjoining Mrs. Ad^ Mt* Salem Church Lot, Charles E. Marsh, Tract No. 2 described below and others. T™ct No. 2 containing 305 acres, more or less, adjoining Kitty Kinsey Miller,..Wade Massey, Jr., Tract No. 1 described above and Tract No. 3 described below. (3) Tract No. 3 containing 285 acres, more or less, adjoining Mrs. Addie Filer, Mrs. Buck Settle, Tharp, Tom Hughes, Tract -No. 2 described above and others.
