4-H Medal
Tiney Gentry, of Flint Hill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Gentry was awarded a 4-H achievement medal Saturday, November 11, at the 4-H county council meeting. Tiney received this medal because she had done the most outstanding work for the year in 4-H club. Tiney, also received a metal on her Room Improvement project. Tiney came in third place in the Area 4-H Contest last summer. She was winner in her club and in the county for this project. Bonny Gentry, another daughterof Mr. and Mrs. Willie Gentry received a Food Preparation medal for dojng the best work in her club and county on a Food Preparation project. Bonny attended the 4-H Area contest last July and placed second in this project. Eve-i lyn Mills was awarded a clothing achievement medal on Saturday. She placed third in the 4-H Area contest last summer. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boston Mills of Huntly.
