Commencing at tract 1 described below offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidders, the following described real estate:
1. That certain tract of land containing 17.3 acres, more or less, and house thereon, being part of the same tract of land of #2 acres conveyed to the said Andrew J. Hitt by Alvin A. Baker and Lillie M. Baker by deed dated March 4, 1930, duly recorded in Deed Book 8b page 260 of the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County. From this 82 acres Andrew J. Hitt conveyed a tract of 14.7 acres to Milton A. Hitt. This tract of land is bounded by Virginia . Secondary Road No. 613, leading from Amissville to Waterloo and by the lands of Julia Lawrence, Warren A. Hitt, B. F. Pickett and Milton A. Hitt. A 30-foot right of way on east side reserved for road as presently located.
2. All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in Culpeper County, Virginia, containing 19 6/8 acres, more or less, and bounded by tbe lands of B. F. Pickett, Mason Hitt, Milton A. Hitt and others.
This is the same tract of land conveyed to the said James Henry Hit* by William . A. Baker and Annie E. Baker by deed dated March 14, 1901 and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office Of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County in Deed Book 32 at page 62, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description of the same. ‘ , j , . , . , ,
8. All that certain tract of land containing 24 acres, more or less, being tbe same land conveyed to Robert Frank Hitt by G. S. P. Triplett and wife by deed dated July 23, 1898, and duly recorded October 14, 1899 in Deed Book U at Page 396 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete description. This land lies about one mile north of Virginia Secondary Road No. 613. It has some timber oh it.-(A cemetery on said premises and ingress *pd egress therefrom is excepted.)

4. That certain tract of land with the house on same, lying, situate and being in Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing $8 1/2 acres, more Or less, bounded by the lands of Edmond Hitt, Warren A. Hitt, John A. Hitt, Stephen Hitt, Eddie J. Hitt, Virginia Secondary Road No. 613, and others, and on which Stephen Hitt nob? resides.
This is the same tract of land of which Jamison Hitt died seised and possessed. It is further described in a deed dated December 31, 1900, duly recorded in Deed Book W at page 499, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. (A 30-foot road at present location is excepted and reserved.)
