Director, Flint Hill Bank
A year of satisfactory growth marked the report at the annual stockholders meeting of the First National Bank of Flint Hill, held Tuesday, January S.
R. J. Turner was named as a director of the bank, filling the vacancy caused by the death of R. B. Rust. The other re-elected directors are officers are Frank H. Cary, president; William W. Miller, vice-president; John S. Browning, cashier; Mrs. Gaynelle Russell, assistant cashier; and G. W. Smith, Jr., Herbert Foster, and John R. Moore, Jr.
One hundred sixty-three shares were represented at the meeting. A three per cent dividend was de‘ dared and additions were made to the surplus and undivided profits.
