6. All foxes suspected of having rabies may be killed on sight by any person.
7. Any person who fails to comply with or violates any of the terms of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50.00.
8. This ordinance shall be effective January 24, 1952.
9. It shall be the duty of the Came Warden of Rappahannock County to enforce this ordinance.
It is ordered that the above ordinance be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News. ' .
