Mrs. J. Howard Gibbons
Mrs. Mary Anderson Gibbons, widow of Reverend J. Howard Gibbons, died at her home in Nashville, Tennessee, Sunday, January 6, in the 84th year of her life.
Mrs. Gibbons was the oldest daughter of the six children of Mfdor and Mrs. William F. Anderson and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Y. Meneff , all of Rappahannock.
The marriage of Reverend J. Howard Gibbons and Miss Mary IStribling Anderson took piaea Wednesday, November 24, *1897, in the Trinity Episcopal church at Washington. Mr. Gibbons was formerly Rector of Bromhfld Parish and became a well-knoan and prominent Rector of a number of Episcopal Parishes in the Southern States for nearly thirty years, until his death April 29, 1930.
