All those certain tracts or parcels of land at Castleton, Rappahannock County, Virginia, situated, lying and being in Rappahannock Comity, Virginia, adjoining the lands formerly owned by Amon !Deal and others and described as follows:
. 'First: AH that certain tract or parcel of land standing in the name of John Strother, deceased, situated in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 32 acres, more or less and being the same land conveyed to John Strother by Lizzie Strother and others, heirs at law of WHliam Strother by deed dated August 20th, 1913 and of record in the Clerk's Office of - Rappahannock County. Virginia in Deed Book 27, at page 37, and also the same land conveyed -to William Strother by James G. Romaine bv deed duly of record in the said Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book B, at Page 308, to which deeds reference is hereby had for a more accurate description of said land.
