Second: All that certain other tract or ^parcel of land aggregating 21 acres, more or less, adjoining the tract of land described as Tract # 1 above, and being the same land conveyed to Kitty Strother b^O. R. Quaintance and wife, by deed dated March 20th. 1919. and of record in said Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 29, at page 204, and being also the same land conveyed to O. R. Quaintance by Thomas Haywood, Clerk, by deed recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book U, at page 279-280, and also to survey recorded in said Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in said Deed Book at page 278 and 279 for a more complete and accurate description of the said tract of land.
