Luther Jenkins, who was in a car wreck some weeks ago, entered the University of Virginia Hospital on Friday for treatment. His condition is said to be satisfactory. After spending two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown left Saturday for Athens, Georgia where Mr. Brown has entered the University of Georgia in the Vet School of Medicine.
Mrs. A. Paul Thompson and baby are spending this wefck at “Rock Villa” while Rev. Thompson is in a meeting at the f^oydkin Church in Mecklenburg County. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton and son, Lee visited Mrs. James G. Brown Sunday and also Mrs. Lee Thornton and Miss Susie Thornton in Culpeper.
James William Fletcher and children; Mrs. Mildred Thornton and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown Jr., visited Mrs. Fletcher and infant son in the University Hospital on Monday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. A. K. J'artlcw of Culpeper were alsc guest: a; “Barlow” on Sunday.
