I would like to make a speech to you this morning on the things that need to l>e improved on in the Junior League.
The things that need to he improved in the Jr. League is for the Assistant Secretary to speak so he or she can be heard (2) need more people to cooperate. The Ass’t, Sec. should obey all the rules. The assistant secretary should be present at all meeting. If the secretary isn’t here, I will promise you that I will be here. I will see that more dues are paid. I will promise you^I will talk so you can hear me when I read my minutes. As a candidate, I hope to be assistant secretary. So will you please vote for me.
