Construction For Fire House f
Plans and specifications for the construction of the fire house will be presented to the members of the lAmissville Fire Company at a special meeting on Wednesday, October 15.
The committee on building and grounds, headed by Charles M. Green, Vice President of the company and other officers consisting of the Secretary, E. G. Hackley and Fire ChieF"Charles Compton^ has the project under study and will make the report to other mernbers^of the company at this meeting with their recommendations.
The company lacks sufficient funds and construction materials to complete the house but they hope to get it started and finished after the amount has been raised.
At the last regular meeting, it was suggested that a “Turkey Shooting Contest” be put on in Noveml>er. This plan is being considered by the members. 1 ♦
