Brown “Willis Tract”, containing acres, more or less, and ddjounng the lands of Hitt, Hawkins, and others. This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by James G. Brown from Burnett Miller, Special Commissioner, by deed Dated July 15, 1931, and recorded July 18, 1932, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 37, at page 32.
