Those from Sperryville who attended services at • Trinity Episcopal Church in” Washington on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and children, Edna Yates and Susan, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Miss Lucile Brown and Miss Louise O’Bannon.

Mrs. Harry L. Smith of Washington, D. C. was a Week-end guest of her daughter and parents, Miss Dolly Smith and Mr. and Mrs. George W. Brown. 0h Saturday Mrs. Smith and daughter accompanied the Misses Hitt to Culpeper. Mrs. George Brown spent Saturday in Front Royal.

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Manuel of Browntown and their two children, Wallace and Harriett, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Chris Schaefer.

Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Singleton of Gary, Indiana arrived last week for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Singleton. Immediately on arrival Mrs. Singleton was taken ill and later moved to University Hospital, where she is still a patient. Mr. Singleton and other members are at the hospital frequently to be with the patient, who is reported to be slightly improved.
