Friday, December 5th is the last day to pay your taxes in order to save 5 per cent penalty. When the 5 per cent is added this does not give you the privilege of waiting until June to pay your taxes. After December 5 your taxes are past due and are collectable by the Treasurer hy distress or otherwise.
