MRS. D. D. MILLER ENTERTAINS AT BRIDGE

Mrs. D. D. filler entertained the Washington Bridge Club Tuesday evening for dessert-bridge. Those playing were Mrs. Hi C. Warwick, Mrs. R. V. Snead, Mrs. Robert L. Massie, Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh, Mrs. George H. Davis Jr., Mrs. Lewis J. Turner, Mrs. B. M. Miller, Miss Minnie Williams, Mrs. Charles T. Bruce, Mrs. W. F. Moffett, and Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller. After the game prizes were awarded to Mrs. R. V. Snead for high score; Mrs. Bruce, traveling; Mrs. Davis, bingo; and Mrs. Turner, consolation.

Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood and Miss Mary Miller Wood visited Mrs. J. W. Price at the University hospital on Monday.

Mrs. J. W. Price returned from University hospital to the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. G J. Miller of “Millermcab’' on Wednesday, where she is spending a few days recuperating, before returning to “The Maples.”
