George Newton Buck* printer and publisher for 40 years, died of a heart attack Monday morning, June 22, in Charlottesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Buck had gone to Charlottesville for a week - end visit, expecting to return to Front Royal Monday morning. When stricken with the heart attack, Mr. Buck was rushed to University hospital and died on arrivel at the hospital.
Mr. Buck,, who would have celebrated his 68th birthday anniversary August 8, was born in Nebraska, a son of Charles Newton ? Buck and Mrs. Annie Deatherage Buck of Warren county. When a lad of ten, he returned with his father to rFont Royal.
