IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a certain deed of trust, dated August 17, 1949, executed by Washington Cooperative Fruit Growers, Incorporated, of Washington, Virginia, to R. B. Jones, Jr. and James W. Fletcher, Trustees, (either or both of whom may act), which said deed of trust is duly recorded m the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 52, page 257 at the request of the Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned, Acting Trustee, in execution of said deed ot trust will offer for sale, as a whole, at public auction, at the front door of the apple packing plant on the premises of Washington Cooperative Fruit Growers, Incorporated, on the north side of the Lee Highway U.S. Route No. 211, about three miles to the southwest of Washington, Virginia, on
