Frank Daniel Coffey
Frank Darnel Coffey, 62, died early Monday . morning at his home in Sperryville. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday at 4 p.itt. in the family section of the Sperryville Cemetery with Rev. J. David Menchhofer conducting the last rites. Phoenix Lodge 59 I. O. O. F. conducted the. committal rites.
A native of Nelson County, Mr. Coffey was the son of the late John Coffey and Mrs. Roxie Nash Coffey of Nelson County.
Besides his wife, Perle Rector Coffey, Mr. Coffey is survived by one son, Frank Daniel Coffey Jr. of Sperryville; two sisters, Mrs. W. J. Forkhowitzer of Lynchburg and Mrs. (X V. Coffey of Massie Mills; and two brothers, C. C. Coffey of Roanoke and Forest Coffey of Tyro.
Active pallbearers were Cedi E., Muterspauzh, Bill * Coffey, EverettCoffey, Wilson Goodman, James M. Rector and Lyle Rector.
Among the out-of-town guests attending the funeral were Mrs, O. B, Campbell, Mrs. J. A. Coffey, Mr. and Mrs. O. V. Coffey of Massie Mills, Mr. and Mrs. Lindsay Payne, Mrs. Lesley Payne, Miss Mary Payne of Arlington, James Nelson Rector, Dr. Everett Coffey of Bucanan and Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Rector.
