Dr. and Mrs. Lyle J. Miilan and Lyle Miilan Jr. are visiting Mrs. Mabel Browning.

Mjrs. Roberta Massie, Mrs. G. W. Smith and son, Charlie, Mr. and Mrs. Brue Wood and daughter, Frances and Miss Paula Miller attended the concert at Massanetta Springs Sun day afternoon. Returning with them were Robert Massie Jr., Galley Smith Jr. and Dudley Wood who spent the previous week at the Music Camp. Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Eastham of Front Royal entertained Mrs. E: M. Eastham and family at dinner Sunday.

Guests of Mrs. Minnie Settle at Locust Grove on Sunday afternoon were Mrs. Downing Wood, Charles Reid, and Miss Neville Wood.

Mr. and Mrs. Braxton Coppage of Norfolk arrived today at the home of their uncle and aunt, Capt. and Mrs. W. C. Cook for a week end visit.

Mr. and Mrs. Warren Cook and family, Jimmy and Ted of Norfolk who have been visiting Mr. Cook’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Cook and his brother and Mrs. Cook's sister, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Cook, left Thursday for Arlington where they will visit Mr. and Mrs. talker and Mrs. Lassister.

Mrs. Dudley Wood, Mrs Brue Wood, Mrs. John S. Browning and Dudley Wood were in Winchester for the day Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Moore and family, Dorothy Ann and Lewis Jr. were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Sours.

Dorothy Ann Moore is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Pat Caregan of Arlington

Mrs. W. A. Moore is in Memorial Hospital for a “check-up” this week.

Mr. and Mrs Dunnie Eastham and family, Dunnie Jr. and Lizzie attended a family picnic at Dr. and Mrs. Edwin Eastham’s in Front Royal on Sunday.

Fox Head Shows Rabies

Last Thursday morning a fox made his rounds in Woodville. All efforts to kill him failed but later in the day Raymond Johnson killed one on his farm on the Red Oak. It is hoped it was the same one for laboratory tests showed the fox had rabies.
