ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land, situate in Rappahannock County, Virginia, about three miles to the south west of Washington, Virginia, on Lee Highway, and more particularly described accordrng to plat of survey by John Boldridge, S.C.C., dated June 23, 1945, as follows:
Beginning at A in the plat, a post and stake 40 feet from the center line of the Lee Highway, corner to W. C. Campbell: thence with his line and a 90° angle from the highway line, North 24° IS' West 295.6 feet to B in plat, a point 1.35 feet beyond a post in a marsh; thence with Campbell line and with 90° angle South 66° 45' West 550 feet to C in plat, a stake near a solid rock* thence with Campbell's line with an angle of 90° South 24° 15' East 295.6 feet to D in plat, a stake in the Lee Highway line 40 feet from the center line of said Highway comer to Campbell (the said point D in North 65° 45' East 257 feet from X in plat a corner to Charlie Thomas on the Northwest side of said Highway); thence with said Highway line with an angle of 90° North 65° 45' East 550 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 3.66 acres.
BEING the same land which was conveyed to Washington Cooperative Fruit Growers, Incorporated by deed from William Curtis Campbell et ux dated March 31, 1945, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of said County in Deed Book No. 45, page 463. See also deed of confirmation from William Curtis Campbell et ux to Washington Cooperative Fruit Growers, Incorporated, dated August 8, 1945, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of safd County prior hereto. _____ _
Together with the buildings, improvements, rights, privileges, additions, alterations and appurtenances there to belonging or in any way appertaining; and all fixtures, equipment, machinery and appliances of whatever nature now located or installed in’ about and upon the said property or in the buildings erected thereon and essential to the purposes for which said buildings are occupied and employed and necessary to the proper operation and functioning of the apple packing and cold storage plants and facilities or other business conducted on the aforesaid premises, including, but not limited to, the machinery and equipment mentioned and described in the aforesaid deed of trust and in a deed" of trust from Washington Cooperative Fruit Growers, Incorporated to Wm J Harvie and James W. Fletcher, Trustees, dated September 21, 19 45 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock Countv Virginia in Deed Book 46, page 137, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the machinery equipment and property to be sold.
