The Rappahannock Future Cattle Judging Contest held at Farmers of America .Livestock fudging Team placed second in the Beef Cattle Judging Contest held at Winchester, Saturday May 15. They won this honored position in competition with 26 teams. Kelly Updike, Donald Liscomb and J. T. Dwyer' Composed the team representing Rappahannock at the contest. Round Hill 4-H from Loudoun county placed first in the contest.
Seniors To Visit Monticello
On Thursday, (today) May 20, the Senior Class of Rappahannock County High School will visit Monticello and the . University of Virginia. Among other activities that the seniors have enjoyed during this pre-commencement period was the visit of the senior girls to Front Royal last Tuesdays afternoon, May 18* There they were presented with' minature Lane Cedar Chests by the Rawlings Furniture Company.
