Taylor Bishop of Washington, D. C. was the week-end guest of his mother, Mrs. Rosa Bishop. -Mrs. Guy Burke was taken tct the University of Virginia hospital Monday for a check up.
Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Turner, Miss Carolyn Gates Turner, and John Turner and Mrs. John A. Keyser enjoyed Sunday dinner at Belle Boyd in Front Royal and afterwards motored over the Skyline Drive.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wood and family of VPI, Blacksburg, were week-end guests of their mother, Mrs. Dudley Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Brue Wood. Mr. and Mrs. Wood and Burrell returned Monday. Amenta and Ruth remained for a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Johnny McGehee and family, Judy and Johnny Jr. of Richmond were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Moore.
