Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Cloud and daughter, Louise were Sunday evening visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Woodward and family of Amissville. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Johnson were their brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Walter I. Henson of Front Royal, ]yir. and Mrs. Gordon Payne and their son, Joe Gordon, who were enroute to their home, in Madison after spending a week at Orkney Springs.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily spent the week end in Martinsburg as over night guests on, Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Barr. On Saturday afternoon, Elder Daily conducted funeral services for Mrs. Lucinda Comer of Alliance. Elder and Mrs. Daily attended the union meeting in Brightwood, Friday evening and Saturday morning and were guests on Friday night of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Cornwell of Haywood. Guests this week* of Elder and Mrs. Daily are Elder and Mrs. G. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Beatty of Browntown were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Dwyer. Miss Anne Dwyer returned to the home of the Beattys and spoke to the Missionary Society on Monday afternoon in Browntown. Mrs. Betsey Harrell and her daughter, Mrs. Rhoda Harrell Pullen were alsft guests Sunday in the Dwyer home.
