Scroggins Extradited

From Arizona

J. tV. Price, Jr., Commonwealth Attorney of Rappahannock and Wallace Critter, Deputy Sheriff, left Monday morning for Tucson, Arizona, to extradite Stahley L. Scroggins of Flint Hill, who is charged with grand latency after he entered the home of Col. E. L. Holmes, near Flint Hill. The Holmes house was destroyed by fire the same night of the theft.

Scroggins, who has been at large since April, was arrested by the F. B.I. and held in jail in Tucson awaiting extradition.

Meeting At Mt. Lebanon j

Monday evening the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church was hostess! to the Shiloh Association Training Meeting with about seventy-fivd members, attending to hear talks by Rev. John Farrar of Culpeper and Mrs. John M. Lewis also of Culpeper. Flannel Graphs were shown. Following the meeting refreshments were served.
