Caeser A. Wilson, a colored man of Washington, slightly injured two people when he shot through the window of the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Timbers also colored, in Washington, Va.
Wilson had an argument with his wife, who became frightened and sought refuge at the home of the Timbers, who are neighbors. Wilson went to the Timbers home to get his wife and after makingthreats was put out of the house. He returned to his home, ggot his shot gun and returnedto the Timber home. Standing on the .outside, Wilson saw a person silhouetted against the venitian blind and fired the gun through the window.'
