The Virginia Safety Association has worked for twenty-five yean to promote safety in all activities of life. Each year an annual conference has bedi conducted, and in addition for the past three yeare regional meetings have been held. The one-day workshops are planned in areas where the association has been invited to participate. “As result of this expanded activity, more and more people and organizations throughout Virginia are becoming aware of the possibilities of read accomplishment tow a r d prevention of accidents; many local Safety Councils have been organized; and a vast number of people now are participat-, ing actively in promoting Safety.
