The Red Cross
Wc hope that the Red Cross Campaign will soon be coming to a successful close and, due to unusual weather in March, there have been many delays in completing our collections for 1960.
The committee realizes the many demands that have been placed on our contributors. We fully realize that they have been forced to delay doing many things they want most to do. That is the reason why many have not yet sent in their contribution, or given it to a solicitor.
When these are all in, the 1960 quota of $17,300 will have been met, and the Fauquier Chapter will be in a position to carry out the program that has been planned to help alleviate the many community needs.
