Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 2nd day of November, 1962, in the chancery cause of Arizona Elkins, et als vs. Preston J. Elkins, et als, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction, on
Saturday, December 1,1962
at 11 o’clock A. M. in front of the Court House for Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, those certain four tracts of land lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District in the Town of Woodville, Rappahannock -County, and more particularly described as follows:
FIRST: That tjract or parcel of land with buildings thereon located on west side of U. S. Route No. 522 in the Town of Woodville, Virginia, known as Elkins Home Tract; being the same land of which Sarah J. Elkins died seized and possessed.
SECOND: That lot or parcel of land containing a Filling Station Building located on the east side of Route No. 522, in the Town of Woodville, Virginia, being the same land of which Sarah J. Elkins died seized and possessed.
THIRD: That lot or parcel of land containing a building now used as store and Post Office building, located on the east side of Route No. 522 in the Town of Woodville, Virginia, being a portion of the land of which Sarah J. Elkins died seized and possessed.
Tract No. 2 and 3 above described containing 1% acres shall be offered for sale separate!^ AA3 then as a whole. r FOURTH: Lots No. 28, 29, 30 and 31 lying on east side of Route 522 shown by a plat of the Town of Woodville, which plat may be seen in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rapahannock County, Virginia.
This sale is subject to all easements of record against said land and the sale is subject to Court approval.
Terms: CASH—a deposit of 10% of the sale price will be required of the purchaser of each tract as and when the property is cried off.
