Bridal Shower For Miss Updike
,A surprise bridal shower was given Miss Myrla Anne Updike on Friday night at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike by her fellow workers at Rochester Ropes, Inc. of Culpeper.
Miss Updike will be married to Frank Parker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Carter of Culpeper on December 25 in the Baptist Church in Washington.
Other guests present at the shower included members of both families.
