The first deliveries of tree Seedlings from the Virginia Division of Forestry two tree nun*, series will start Nov. 20th. Tre* seedlings for. reforestation wiB pontippe though March 196a ,
District Forester D. G. Wilfong, jr. indicated another. 40 nfillion seedlings will be planted in Virginia during this planting season. Wflfong stated'that this number of seedlings will reforest 45,000 to 60,000 acres of land.
Species available for planting are loblolly, white,, abortleaf, red, and Virginia pine, yellow poylar, and black locust.
Young albatrosses on sunbaked* Midway keep cool by using their feet in an unusual manner. The birds balance on their heels with webbed feet outstretched in the shade of their bodies. Freezes thus can carry away more of the body's leat.
