WSCS Meets

The W. S. C. S. of Amissville Methodist Church held its regular November meeting last week at the home of Mrs. Franklin Williams with 19 members attending. Mrs. Edward Hackley was enrolled as a new member.

Miss Luerena Zinn showed slides she took on a trip to Europe last year.

After the meeting the group honored Mrs. Williams with a surprise house warming, she was presented many lovely gifts.

The regular fourth Sunday worship services will be held at the Oakley Baptist Church on Nov. 25 At 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. B. Gale Titchenell bringing the message. At this Thanksgiving season let us show our thanks for freedom of worship by attending our churches.
