Mr. and Mrs. Brice Biggers, Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy and Mrs. Clarence B. Dorsey spent Thursday morning in Charlottesville. Mr. Kennedy underwent minor surgery at Uni. of Va. Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Brice Biggers left Thursday afternoon for a few days in Damascus, Md.
Mr. and Mrs. Gid Jenkins and daughter Joyce visited John Jenkins, jr., of Boston at University of Va. Hospital Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. John Jenkins were in Charlottesville on Thursday when they re-entered John Jr. in Uni. of Va. Hospital. John Jr. entered the hospital 3 weeks ago for 3 days. On Nov. 20 he underwent surgery. Mr. and Mrs. John Jenkins are daily visitors of their son at the hospital in Charlottesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fincham spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Shelton Scroggins in Lignum.
Recent Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hensley and Mrs. Gladys Schlosser and daughter Gladys were Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Johnston of Brightwood.
Mrs. Annie King, Preston Butler, Mrs. Margaret Faulconer and daughter of Washington, D. C. were Dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas .Winkler and Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Brown.
Since the auction sale at their home in Slate Mill last week Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. J. T Weakley are residing with their son and daughter in law Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Weakley of Culpeper. In a few weeks they plan to move into an apartment which is being readied for them at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lamb. #
