Beauty Contest
At Colonial Beach
Miss Dana Snead, a daughter of Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead, Washington, will participate in the "Miss Colonial Beach* contest to be held June 14 at Colonial Beach. The beauty contest is held in connection with the Potomac River Festival under the direction of the Chamber of Commerce. Miss Snead is sponsored by the Washington Volunteer Fire Company and will also participate in the Firemen’s parade held there at 8:30 p.m. in the evening.
5he,.will be accompanied to Colonial Beach by Mrs. James B. Perkins of Sperryville, Mrs. John Updike and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brock of Washington. Anyone else wishing to accompany this group may contact Mrs. Brock at 675-3626.
