Mrs. J. B. Johnson Miss Gloria Jean Durden is the guest of her aunt, Mrs. W. B. Barr in Martinsburg, W. Va. Miss Bonnie Kay Durden left Monday for a visit with her grandmother Mrs. W. M. Durden in Macon, Ga. M/Sgt. arid Mrs. Joe A. Marcinko who spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Durden left Monday for Mississippi where Sgt. Marcinko has been newly assigned.
Mrs. Donald Osborne and children and Mrs. Helen Bruce of Gainesville were guests for the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Gore at Barlow. Buddy Aylor of Arlington spent the weekend with his daughter, Stevie, in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor. On Sunday Mrs. Aylor, son Rannie and granddaughter Stevie Aylor visited Mr. and Mrs. John Lowery and Mr. and Mrs. Dickie Streit in Winchester. Capt. and Mrs. A. W. Kagey and two children' of Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, who are spending a 30 day leave with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albin Kagey in Cottage City, Md., spent last Wednesday with their aunt, Miss Barbara Swindler. Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey, son, Frank, and Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr., spent Sunday in Flint Hill with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers. Other guests in the Nethers home were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dennis and children of Jackson, S. C. Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Dally attended the Union Meeting in Martinsburg, W. Va., and were overnight guests Saturday of Miss Olga Arnold. Guests this week in the Daily home are Clarence D a v i s and daughter, Debbie of Akron, Ohio, Jennie Patter, Croton, Ohio, Dorothy Flowers, Columbus, Ohio, Elder and Mrs. Maurice Chapman of Newark, Ohio and Bessie Phillips of Frederickstown, Ohio. Elder Daily was in Hagerstown Tuesday to conduct funeral services for Miss Zetha Dicks.
