Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foster and Mr. and Mrs. Roland Welch attended the Farmer-Haven wedding Saturday In Bowling Green.
Guests this week of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Moore were Mrs. C. J. Moore and two grandsons, William and Paul Worsham, all of Jacksonville, Florida, who were enroute to spend the summer in Ogunquit, Maine. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Corbin of Annandale spent Saturday evening in the home of Mrs. Corbin’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster. Sunday visitors of the Fosters were Mrs. Luther Barron and two daughters of Orlean. Mrs. Carl Howell and two children, Karen and Denise Howell of Madison Heights, arrived Wednesday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller and attended graduation exercises at RCHS. They were joined Friday night by Mr. Howell for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. James M. Settle, Jr., son, Tom and Miss Olga Baroniak of Alexandria were Sunday supper guests cf Mr. and Mrs. James M. Settle. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Frank of Luray were Sunday guests of the Settles. Miss Jenny and Miss Penny Hopkins of Woodstock were guests last week of their aunt, Mrs. Frank Cary. ‘'Butch” Browning spent the weekend as guest of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Kay In Springfield and also visited friends in Annandale. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wood of Sperryville were Saturday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. Mr. and Mrs. William Dennis and children, Debra and Bill of Jackson, S. C. were weekend guests of Mrs. Thelma Russell and family. Saturday supper guests of Mrs. Russell were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnson of Front Royal.
Hosts At Wedding Rehearsal Dinner
Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jones will give a dinner for the wedding party and their families Friday, June 14 at Cab-Inn following rehearsal for the Jones - Absher wedding on June 15th. Mr. and Mrs. Jones of NasHville, Tenn. are the parents of Miss Barbara Jones whose marriage to Curtis Absher will take place at Trinity Episcopal Church Saturday at 2:30 p. m.
