Fort Dix, N.J. — Sergeant First Class James E. Jenkins from the First Training Regiment here, is presented with the Army Commendation Medal by Colonel Robert E. Cullis, regimental commander. Sergeant Jenkins, of Sperryville, Va., received the medal for exceptional service to duty from September 1960 to May, 1963.
