The “Knights of Erin” Drum and Bugle Corps will appear in the Washington Firemen’s parade June 28. This is a junior corps with members ranging in age from 12 to 18 years and is sponsored by the Rouss Fire Company, Winchester. The corps consists of a 13-piece All-Girl Color Guard, 9 drums, and 30 horns playing in six-part harmony. This Corps won the State Championship in 1961 and 1962.
