The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Ann Smoot, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. O. Smoot of Flint Hill to James B. Bywaters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bywaters of Amissville, took place Moriday, October 30,1963.The Rev.Harold Carder, pastor of the Baptist Mission at Chester Gap, performed the ceremony at his home in Culpeper at two thirty in the afternoon. The bride is a 1963 graduate of Rappahannock High School. Mr. Bywaters is a 1962 graduate of the same school, and is employed by Warrenton Wholesale Company, Warrenton. The couple will make their home in Amissville.
