DeBergh attended the V.P.I. - U. of Virginia football game Saturday in Roanoke. Virgil R. Updike returned last week from the U. of Virginia Hospital after receiving treatment there, i Mr* and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr.' daughter Cil and B. R. Cox visited Mrs. Cox Sunday in Staunton. Week-end guests of Miss Lottie Burton were Mr. and Mrs. Carson Walter of Middletown. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Miss Burton visited Mrs. Rosa Burton at the Luray Nursing Home. Mr. and Mrs. Carson Anderson had as week-end guests Mr. and Mrs. Stonewall Sisk and son Stevie, Mr. and Mrs. Aden Sisk and son Ronnie, David Sisk and Miss Jane Charpath, all of Glen Burnie, Md. Other recent guests of the Andersons were Mrs. Anna Sisk, Mrs. Doris Baumgardner and son Jay, Wood H. Sisk and Miss Rema Smith of Baltimore.
Mr. and Mrs. Phil Triplett of Hume were recent dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas B. Massie returned Sunday from a Northern wedding trip and are at home at Rose Hill Farm.
