Our county is lovely at all seasons, but the snowfall really enhances its beauty, for we cannot see the tin cans, paper boxes, bags, clothes, furniture, etc. that are dropped at random along the county roadsides. Where is the pride of the people of Rappahannock? Why is it we can get nothing done to correct this disgraceful condition?
