He is survived by his wife Mrs. Selena T. Dally of Sperry ville; one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Durden erf Sperryville; five grandchildren; three brothers, William T. , Earl and Lemuel Daily, all of Indianapolis, Ind.; and one sister, Mrs. Iva Barr of Martinsburg, W. Va.

A funeral service was held Sunday, January 19, at 3:00 p.m. in the Sperryville Elementary School Auditorium, with interment following in the Sperryville C e m e tery. Elder Phillip Johnson of Stras burg, a nephew of Elder Daily, officiated, assisted by other ministers. Pallbearers were Woody Woodward, Lewis Rudaslll, Raymond (Doll) Saintmyres, Clarence Moyer, Cranwell Moyer, Ronald Rtidasill, John Moore, Bergy Frazier and J. E. Rudaslll.
