James W. Eavey, who has oeen director of instruction and assistant superintendent of schools in Rappahannock and Warren Counties for the past three years, has been appointed superintendent of schools in Isle of Wight County He will assume his duties there July 1, 1964. Before coming to Rappahannock and Warren counties, Mr. Eavey was director of education in Culpeper County.
