Dr. and Mrs. James H. Johnson and daughter Judy left for their home in Lakeland, Florida Saturday after a two weeks vacation with Dr. Johnson’s parents Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson. Mrs. W. B. Johnson and son Billy are visiting friends and relatives in Norfolk while Mr. Johnson is in Richmond on business. Carroll Lee Qualntance of Washington, D. C. and John Quaintance of Arlington are visiting Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood. Mrs. Cary Thornhill spent the week-end in Winchester with her daughter Mrs. Elma Manuel and daughters. Mrs. Florence Johnson is in Maryland visiting relatives and also attended the Old School Baptist meeting. C. B. Johnson attended the Railway Clerk’s Picnic which was held in Maryland Saturday evening. Mrs. Woodrow Lane and daughter Miss Jane Lane of Richmond spent a few days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson. Mrs. Johnson returned home with her sister Mrs. Lane for a visit. Mrs. A. R. Armstrong returned Tuesday to her home in Williamsburg after spending a week with her mother Mrs. Sam Barber. Miss Myrtle Settle of Boston spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Settle. Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners and son Larry were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Cline. Mr, and Mrs. W. B. Carter
of Front Royal and granddaughter Pamela of Annandale were Friday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Johnston were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Karnes and family of Culpeper. Tommy Orange of Takoma Park, Md. Stephe and Donnie Conners of Wheaton City, Md. were guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. Lacy Orange. Their week-end guests last week were Mr. and Mrs. Reginald Gay of Norfolk and this weekend their guests was Mrs. Hattie Conners of Glasco. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Butler
