“Wages paid to employees during the second quarter of this year must be reported to the District Director of Internal Revenue, by July 31,* Mrs. Nazel F. Daly, social security district manager in Winchester, Virginia said today. “Delay in filing may result in an interest charge and a possible penalty." Most employers use Form 941 for their quarterly reports available at any Internal Revenue Service office. If an employer does not receive the form in an automatic mailing by June 30, he 4 should get in touch with his District Director of Internal Revenue. All business employees are listed on this form. In addition, if the employer hires household help covered by social security, these, too, may be included with the business employees on this Form 941. If household workers are the only employees, then they must be reported on Form 942: These would be maids, housekeepers, cooks, chauffeurs.
