“Remember," Mrs. Daly said," any employer who pays a household worker $50 or more in cash wages in a calendar quarter must file the social security report." It is important that every report, whether on Form 941 or 942, show the name and social security number of each employee, together with the total wages paid him in the quarter. Leaflet 21, entitled “Social Security and Your Household Employee," explains coverage of household help and can be obtained at your local social security office, free of charge.
