Weds Mr. Dead

The marriage of Miss Alice May Jenkins of Peola Mills to Donald Kenneth Deal of Boston, Va. took* place on Saturday evening, June 6,1964 at 7;30 p.m. in Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Haywood, Va. Miss Jenkins has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Jones for the past eight years. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. W. O. Deal and the late Mr. Deal. The Rev. Edgar Cahoon performed the double ring ceremony. The church was decorated with white chrysanthemums and gladioli, candelabra and ferns. Miss Drorthy Carpenter of Brightwood was organist and Mrs. Nelson Revercomb of Arlington and Peola Mills sang “I Love You Truly* and “Because*.

The Bride was given in marriage by Mr. Jones. Her floor length gown of white satin was fashioned on princess lines

Pullen-Jeria Wedding

Miss Linda J. Jeris of Winston-Salem, NfC„.daughter of Mrs. Paul A. Moore of Winston-Salem, and James T. Pullen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Pullen of Flint Hill were married July 10 at Fairlington Presbyterian Church in Arlington. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Edward C. Grammon. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Hawkins of Arlington.
